The Great Bunker Museum of the Atlantic Wall

Visit the large Bunker Museum from the Atlantic Wall, an experience that will not be forgotten. The bunker is on 5 floors and features many artefacts from the war era, and there are plenty of boards explaining the conditions and the various exhibits. The bunker was taken over by the Allies, who forced the surrender of the entire German staff of about 53 men, which later led to the liberation of Ouistreham. From the top of the bunker there is a great view of 'Sword Beach, where the invasion took place on 6 June 1944. The guns in the bunker had a range of 20 miles.
