Grossglockner Heiligenblut is one of the major Austrian ski resorts and is located at the northern end of the Mölltal with over 55 km of ski runs and a modern lift system with 12 lifts, ready to transport the happy skiers up the slopes.
There are different levels of difficulty and very varied pistes flanked by incredible views of the area, with the Großglockner in particular dominating the view with its 3,798 impressive metres above sea level.
It's everything snowboarders and freeriders could want, with around 15 square kilometres of open ski terrain, up to 1,500 metres of vertical drop and plenty of opportunities to let loose.
There are also great opportunities for cross-country skiers with various well-maintained trails in the beautiful mountain area.
