Rastatt

Rastatt lies on the east bank of the Rhine, with France on the opposite side. The city is known as a Baroque town because of its many historic monuments and buildings such as the beautiful town hall, churches, fountains and chapels. One of the city's most famous buildings is the Schloss Favorite with its large English garden. Also make sure to visit the beautiful baroque palace, Schloss Rastatt with its two interesting museums in the city centre.
