LKAB Visitor Centre

In Kiruna you can experience the world's largest underground mine with an unforgettable guided tour offered in collaboration between Kiruna's Tourist Centre and LKAB's Visitor Centre. The visit area covers 20,000 m² and you will descend to a depth of 1,365 metres underground. The authentic iron mine environment is backed up by various films and machines, giving you a complete and quite unique experience. The tour starts at the tourist centre in Kiruna, from where a bus takes you to the mine, and the experience lasts approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes in total.
