Visit the town of Brezice in Slovenia, known for its many castles. Take a cultural tour of the town, cross the 527-metre iron bridge over the Sava and Krka rivers and see the proud water tower in the centre of town. At Brezice Castle you can visit the Cultural History Museum with exhibits on the archaeological and ethnographic history of the area as well as a collection of modern history. The museum houses one of the country's largest regional collections. The town is surrounded by rolling vineyards and there are good opportunities to taste the region's tasty wines. At the Forge Museum you can admire the ethnographic collection.
