The Tomb of the Egtved Girl

Book a cheap weekend break or mini holiday at Risskov and visit Egtved, west of Vejle, where the Egtved Girl was found in 1921 in an extremely well-preserved Bronze Age grave. Today the reconstructed burial mound can be seen and a small museum has been built on the site describing the rare find. The small museum displays a replica of the Egtved Girl's dress with jewellery and belt buckle. Go on a cheap car holiday in Denmark and visit this interesting place.
