Sea Museum Loano

Located in the Kursaal Palace on Loano’s seafront, the Sea Museum offers an engaging look into the town’s maritime heritage. Visitors can view scale models of ships, vintage navigation tools, fishing equipment, and historical documents. A standout exhibit is the Quasar A, a full-sized, functional submarine crafted by local artisan Mario Lentini. The museum also highlights the achievements of Loano’s divers, known for their roles in significant underwater recovery missions, including the retrieval of the submarine Scirè off Haifa’s coast.
