Ore Mountains

Take a cheap summer holiday in Europe and explore the Erzgebirge mountain range, which forms the border between Saxony in Germany and Bohemia in the Czech Republic. The mountain range takes its name from the word "Erz", which means "ore", because the mountain soil is rich in various metallic minerals.
