Built during the 1940-1945 war, Nordberg Fort is a German coastal fort that has retained its original form and is now a protected wartime cultural monument. From the fort there is a beautiful view of the sea and Listalandet, and in front of the Nordberg Fort are the famous petroglyphs of Penne.
