Lago Ritorto

Discover one of the Dolomites' natural attractions, Lago Ritorto. The lake can be reached after a manageable hike of about 1 hour, if you start by taking the 5 Laghi lift up to the area. Experienced hikers in good shape can also visit the lake on the 5-lakes hiking trail. On the way to the lake, there are great views over the town of Madonna di Campiglio. The lake is an alpine lake with very cold water, set in a forest of spruce and larch trees. The lake mirrors the beautiful Brenta Dolomites. Fishing is possible and you can bring food for a nice picnic by the lake.
