High Coast Trail

The high coast trail is one of the most popular hiking trails in the area, taking you up to the top of Skuleberget. The trail starts at the south side of the mountain where there are parking spaces. From there, you can head up the 2.5 km long trail. The path is steep and the hike is estimated to take about 1.5 hours up and about 45 minutes down. Once at the top of Skuleberget, you will be struck by beautiful scenic views of Skuleberget Nature Reserve and you can enjoy a good lunch or coffee at Toppstugan. The hike can be done all year round, with each season offering its own charm. So join the group on a wonderful excursion and enjoy the striking natural experiences on one of Sweden's most beautiful hiking trails.

For those who find it difficult to hike up the trail, there is also a cable car, Skulebergets Linbana, which goes up to the top of Skuleberget and Toppenstugan. Perfect for those travelling in a group and wanting to gather at the final destination.
