Heidbodme

The ski lift system of the Heidbodme – Saas-Almagell ski area starts directly from the village, making it easily accessible. The gondola lift takes skiers up to an altitude of approximately 2,347 meters, while offering a beautiful view of the Saas Valley and the surrounding 4,000-meter peaks. Thanks to the modern and high-capacity lift system, the ascent is fast and comfortable, with minimal waiting times. From the upper station, several blue and red slopes lead back down toward the valley, allowing for well-combinable runs. The system plays an important role throughout the year: in winter it supports skiing, while in summer it serves hiking and panoramic excursions. With the gondola lifts and the Metro Alpin funicular, any point in the region can be quickly reached, including Mittelallalin (3,500 m), where a revolving panoramic restaurant and the glacier museum await visitors.
