JA Hotel

About the hotel

The JA Hotel, standing on a site with over a century of hospitality heritage, evolved from the 1786 Storkällaren tavern, a hub of social and entertainment life in Karlskrona. Initially named Hotel Storkällaren in the 1920s, then Hotel Savoy, it's now the JA Hotel, continuing a legacy that began when Johan von Blanche transformed it into a haven for Karlskrona's elite, blending theatrical and continental experiences.

Today JA Hotel in Sweden offers a comfortable experience in the heart of Karlskrona. Guests can enjoy exquisite culinary delights at Restaurant Yess, which offers a creatively crafted á la carte menu using fine ingredients. The hotel's proximity to shopping, dining, and historic landmarks like Fredrikskyrkan and the Marine Museum adds to its appeal.

Rooms feature comfortable pillows and beds, fully renovated bathrooms, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. All standard double rooms are approximately 18 m² and well furnished with private bath/WC, telephone, TV and work desk. Free coffee and tea are provided. Extra beds are available in some of the hotel's rooms.
