About the hotel

The 4-star inn is located in the centre of Öland and has a rich history. The main building was built in the 18th century and has a manor-like style. In recent decades, several buildings have been added and the hotel underwent its latest renovation in 2021. Halltorps Gästgiveri has also for several years collaborated with several photographers and artists hence the fantastic artwork all over the hotel. Here you live only a stone's throw from the sea and several attractions such as Vida Art Museum and Kackelstugan. You are also within walking distance to Halltorps Hage which is a beautiful nature reserve. By car you can quickly and easily reach Borgholm where you can visit Solliden and Borgholm Castle. Also take the opportunity to go on an excursion to neighbouring Kalmar. For those who like to play golf, you will also find Ekerum GK near the hotel.

Every morning a good breakfast is served for the best possible start to the day. The restaurant prides itself on its beautiful meals that guests can try in the evenings.
