About the hotel

The 4-star hotel, which opened in autumn 2021, is located in central Skellefteå and is one of the world's tallest wooden buildings. The interior is influenced by the mountains and traditional craftsmanship in Scandinavian design.

Built from wood from local forests, the hotel has no less than three restaurants, a rooftop bar with a roof terrace, a well-equipped gym with stunning views and a spa on the 20th floor.

A generous buffet breakfast is served each morning for the best possible start to the day. For lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy delicious food and drink at PAOLO's Italian restaurant, Miss Vonn Asian restaurant with panoramic views and rooftop bar, and Mandel restaurant, which has a lovely outdoor terrace.

Between excursions and activities, relax at the top of the building in the hotel's beneficial spa with heated outdoor pool, sauna and the option of relaxing treatments by prior arrangement.

Wood Hotel by Elite has a total of 205 modern rooms spread over 20 floors. Risskov offers accommodation in the hotel's standard rooms (twin rooms) on floors 6-11.
