71 Nyhavn Hotel has a perfect location in the center of Copenhagen
Experience a few exciting days in beautiful
Copenhagen on the elegant and exclusive
71 Nyhavn Hotel in the city centre, where water meets city. On the canal's sunny side, this unique, luxurious design hotel perfectly combines tradition with modern décor. The superb location in the lively and enchanting Nyhavn could not be better.
71 Nyhavn Hotel is centrally located at the "crossroads" between Nyhavn and the Port of Copenhagen, the city's largest canal, which flows directly into the Baltic Sea. The hotel is located in two listed warehouses: the Red Warehouse from 1805 and the Yellow Warehouse from 1830.
The spacious rooms offer a wonderful, unique atmosphere with exposed beams of Pomeranian pine and modern Scandinavian design furniture. The hotel's art collection also sets extraordinary accents: it is based on the European avant-garde movement COBRA, founded in Paris in 1948 by six artists who wanted to distance themselves from the Surrealist manifesto: Christian Dotremont, Joseph Noiret, Asger Jorn, Karel Appel, Constant and Corneille. The COBRA movement plays an important role in modern art and several contemporary Danish artists have used it as inspiration for their works. Some of these works can be admired in the hotel restaurant and lobby.
Get a special experience when you stay as a guest at 71 Nyhavn Hotel. You stay in an exclusive and relaxed atmosphere, secluded from the noise, but close to city life and the canal. The old buildings form a authentic setting for the 130 executive rooms and suites. Start your day at the hotel with a delicious extensive breakfast buffet with live cooking station, after which you can go sightseeing in Copenhagen on foot or by bike. Both are highly recommended, as the hotel is close to most of the city's tourist attractions.
First of all, of course, Nyhavn - with its colourful houses and many cosy restaurants, one of the most famous and popular districts. Amalienborg Castle is a must-see tourist destination, as is Tivoli, Denmark's most famous amusement park known the world over. Shop on Strøget - Copenhagen's pedestrian street - where you can find many exciting shops or discover the many interesting museums and galleries, which are definitely worth a visit. There is plenty to choose from, so a plan for the day may be beneficial. And last but not least, there's the Little Mermaid, Copenhagen's landmark and probably most photographed subject.
The rooms at 71 Nyhavn Hotel are all of very high quality, modern and comfortably furnished. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi.
