Stayed at the hotel well over 40 years ago; it is still a lovely place. We have often driven there just for a single overnight stay and have told friends about it.
The staff were helpful and welcoming. Clean rooms. The food was decent. All in all, a decent experience.

Landgashof Tarp is located in the northern German village of Tarp and is one of Risskov's absolute bestsellers. The family-owned hotel welcomes you in a homely and cosy atmosphere where you will immediately feel comfortable. From the hotel it is a short drive to exciting Northern German attractions, there are no cities like Flensburg and Friedrichstadt.
About the hotel
Landgasthof Tarp was built way back in 1915, after which the hotel has been continuously expanding over the years. The hotel is family-owned and is now run by the family's fourth generation. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel restaurant, where substantial home cooking is served.
The hotel has its own skittle court for the playful ones. Light noise may occur from the hotel's skittle court and the train. Free wireless internet is also available at the hotel.
As Landgasthof Tarp is an older hotel, it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Rooms
The hotel rooms can accommodate a maximum of 4 beds. The rooms are simply decorated and are all equipped with TV, ensuite bath and toilet. The rooms are located in the main building or in one of the hotel's annexes, about 20 metres from the hotel. The hotel's rooms are undergoing ongoing renovations, so there will be a difference in the standard of the rooms. There is a blow dryer in all rooms. Many smoking rooms have not yet been renovated and will not have the same standard as non-smoking rooms.
