About the hotel

The charming Plevnagården is centrally located in Malmköping. The building's history dates back to the late 19th century, when it was built as a military hospital. Since the 1980s, Plevnagården has been run as a hotel and conference centre. The building also includes 2 soldier dormitories and a villa. The villa was run as a guest house by Greta Garbo's aunt, so the famous film star came here from time to time when she visited Sweden. The hotel's cosy restaurant invites you to have a good dinner, and the chefs take care of the food quality. Therefore, local products are used as much as possible. The restaurant is open weekdays 12-20, Fridays and Saturdays 11.30-21 and Sundays 11.30-17.00. The hotel also has a bar open until midnight. The hotel has no spa, but offers massages, pedicures and various beauty treatments. Book your treatment at the hotel before you arrive. Treatments are payable on site. Internet access is available at the hotel.
