About the hotel

Benniksgaard Hotel was until 1979 a general farm, but today the farm is furnished as a modern luxury hotel restaurants 'Pejsestuen' and Panorama Restauranten. Here you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes with inspiration from the authentic cuisine, as well as a selection of Italian-inspired dishes seasonal produce. Attention to detail in every facet from from preparation to presentation. As an added bonus a 'Benniksgaard Amuse', which consists of a delicious small appetizer before the main course. Enjoy the good food and the view of the hotel garden.

Rooms

Benniksgaard Hotel has 69 modern and bright rooms in several different categories. Some are in the Old Stables, some in the Living Room and others in the annex, which is 150 metres from the hotel and offers completely renovated rooms.

All rooms in the main building are decorated in a rural and romantic style, and have either exposed beams or vaulted ceilings. In the annex, the newly renovated rooms are stylish and modern.
