White Sands

Situated between the sea and the fjord, the small town of Hvide Sande is an ideal destination for a family or seaside holiday in West Jutland. Fishing is the main occupation in the town, which has Denmark's youngest fishing port. At the harbour you can follow the fishermen's daily routine and there is always life, for example early in the morning when the cutters unload their catch at the auction hall. Hvide Sande also offers a lovely, wide sandy beach where the whole family can enjoy a summer day.
