Vieux-Lille

The old town of Vieux-Lille is easy to explore on foot, and features many French and Flemish buildings set on cobbled streets and small passageways. You can book a guided tour, for example, and get an insight into the rich history of the district. The old town is also home to art galleries, museums and many interesting restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to discover the old town by bike, there are bicycles for rent in Lille. Also close to the old town is the Zoo de Lille and the historic landmark Citadelle de Ville.
