Rostock

Rostock is a charming medieval town and today a vibrant university city. Rostock's waterfront location provides plenty of light and air, and ultimately life. In addition, Rostock has a charming city centre with a large, long promenade offering plenty of shopping opportunities. This is framed by two city gates. When you visit Rostock, look out for the old buildings and, of course, visit the lively harbour. Also take an afternoon to head out to the outer port of Warnemünde, where you'll find some fantastic beaches.
