Olympic Park
The Olympic Games, held in Munich in 1972, are unfortunately one of the Olympic events we could probably have done without. It was here that 11 Israeli athletes were taken hostage and later killed by the Palestinian terrorist organisation Black September.
However, this does not mean that buildings from the Games are less interesting to see. Visit the impressive Olympic complex, take a trip up to the roof, or try the 'Flying Fox', which will make most people gasp. A great tour for the whole family.
