Museum De Waag
As one of Holland's oldest cities, Deventer has an extremely rich and exciting history. Museum De Waag offers a wide range of exhibitions, reconstructions and artefacts that together give you a fantastic insight into the city's history and development. Throughout the museum, the exhibition is supported by modern communication methods such as 3D reconstructions, animations and sound recordings. The museum is open 11 - 17 every day except Monday. Every Sunday at 12.30 and 14.00, visitors can also join an exciting audio tour free of charge.
