H.C. Andersen's Childhood Home

Step into the beginning of the fairy tale for H.C. Andersen, with a visit to his childhood home in Odense. Here you can experience a reconstruction of the apartment where Hans Christian Andersen lived. Andersen lived 1807 - 1819 with his parents. The building was converted into a museum back in 1930 and is now a branch of the main H.C. Andersen Museum. Andersen's House, a short walk away.
