The heritage town of Røros is transformed into a real winter adventure every December. Here the charming streets are decorated for Christmas, the colourful houses are wrapped in a white blanket of snow and the cosy streets buzz with Christmas stalls tempting visitors with traditional Christmas treats, crafts and gift ideas.

The Christmas market in Røros is an atmospheric event for both young and old. In addition to around 50 small stalls, there are elves in the streets, carol singing, horse-drawn sleigh rides and other activities.
