Facebook Giveaway Rules – "Most Memorable Risskov Experience"

 1. How to Enter

To participate:

Comment on the official contest post on Risskov Bilferie’s Facebook page Share your most memorable travel experience booked through Risskov — tell us where you stayed and what made it unforgettable (an unbeatable package deal, a unique activity included in your stay, a location you discovered through us or a great experience with our customer service).

Only personal, original comments are eligible.
Copy-paste or duplicate comments will be disqualified.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany Must be 18 years or older at time of entry Employees of Risskov Bilferie A/S and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest.
Making a booking or purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 300 EUR travel voucher (valid till: ) 01/06/2026 The voucher is valid for use on hotel stays booked through https://www.risskov.com/ Prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash

5. Contest Period

Start date: 09/10/2025 End date: 2/11/2025 at 23:59 CET Winner announcement: 10/11/2025

6. Winner Selection

At the end of the contest, a panel from Risskov Bilferie will review all eligible entries and shortlist a group of the best comments, based on the following criteria:

How well the story showcases what Risskov added to the travel experience. The authenticity and originality of the entry. The ability to inspire other travelers.

From this shortlist of top entries, one winner will be drawn at random to receive the prize. There will be one (1) winner selected for each market (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany). Commenting on multiple Facebook pages will not increase your chances of winning. Please choose one Risskov Facebook page where you wish to enter the contest.

The final draw will be conducted using RANDOM.ORG's Third-Party Draw Service, which provides a publicly verifiable certificate and link to ensure transparency. This link will be shared in the winner announcement.

The number of likes or shares will not determine the winner.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be contacted via Facebook comment and/or direct message from Risskov Bilferie’s official page If no reply is received within 3 days, a new winner may be selected

8. Use of Entry

By participating, entrants consent to their submitted comment may be published together with their first name or initials in Risskov Bilferie A/S promotional materials. This may include newsletters, social media channels, or the company’s website.

9. Disclaimer

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with META (Facebook/Instagram).
By entering, you release Facebook, Instagram, and META Platforms Inc. of any responsibility. All decisions regarding the contest, including the selection of winners, are final and not subject to appeal. Risskov Bilferie A/S reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest rules.

10. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Risskov Bilferie acts as the Data Controller for this contest. We will process the following personal data of participants: Facebook username, submitted comment, and, in case of winners, additional contact details required for prize delivery.

Purpose of processing: to administer the contest, select and contact winners, and, with consent, publish entries (first name or initials only) for promotional purposes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contest contract) and, for promotional use, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Data retention: comments and associated names may be retained and used in marketing for up to 5 years after the contest, unless consent is withdrawn earlier or longer retention is required by law.

Withdrawal: entrants may withdraw their consent to the promotional use of their comment at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing consent will not affect your eligibility to participate in the contest. Upon withdrawal, the comment will no longer be used in new marketing materials, but may remain in materials already published.

Data access: only authorized staff of Risskov Bilferie A/S and necessary service providers (e.g., prize delivery partners) will have access to your data. Data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA.

Participants have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with their national Data Protection Authority. Requests may be sent to: [email protected]
