About the hotel

The beautiful white main building has stood between the Silkeborg lakes for more than a hundred years, and has previously served as a sanatorium. Today, the place is fully renovated and offers a modern and comfortable setting for both active holidays and family holidays with lots of exciting experiences in central and eastern Jutland.

Perfect for nature lovers in particular, the location offers plenty of outdoor activities, hiking and cycling trails and beautiful green woodlands. At the same time, Silkeborg's cultural life and excellent shopping opportunities are just a short walk from the hotel, making it an ideal way to combine city and nature. The stay also includes free access to Northern Europe's largest freshwater aquarium, 'AQUA Aquarium and Animal Park', which is located right next to the hotel.

The hotel offers bicycle rental, so you can easily and quickly go on adventures, for example in the beautiful area around Gudenåen.
