The 3-star Stora Hotel Nybro is a family-run hotel, housed in a building dating from 1935, which was renovated in 2020. Hotel is characterised by a combination of Art Deco style and modern décor. Besides hotel itself, the property also houses the 'Stadhussalen' with a stunning fresco created by Gunnar Theander.

Nybro, located about 5 km. west of Kalmar, is part of Glass Kingdom and houses one of the many glassworks that characterize the area. During your Nybro Glasbruk (Nybro Crystal Sweden) during your holiday, as well as some of the other glassworks in the Glasriket, such as Kosta, Målerås, Orrefors, SEA or the glassworks in Boda.

Combine your stay in Nybro with a trip to Öland and explore the beaches of the elongated island, or take a trip to Kalmar, one of Sweden's oldest cities and enjoy a guided tour of Kalmar Castle.
