St. Binderup Kro was established in 1871 in the present buildings, which also housed a bakery and a grocery store, but the inn's history dates back to 1617, and in 1749 King Frederik V granted the inn a Royal Charter privilege. Today, after careful but thorough renovation and extension, the inn is one of Denmark's most authentic inns with a cosy atmosphere.
