A lovely hotel located in a beautiful area with peace and tranquillity. It can be recommended to people who enjoy hiking or mountain biking during their holiday. There are certainly excellent opportunities for both in the area.
A nice room with comfortable beds. A delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection, and the evening meal was tasty.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Stayed at the hotel on holiday in August, and it is a place you would gladly return to.

Really lovely, very quietly located hotel. Clean and tidy, the food and selection were good. Really good breakfast. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, except for one older male waiter. He seemed as if he was very tired of his job and in no way service-minded. In fact, he was uncooperative and rude. Fortunately, he was only there for the last two evenings, but his behaviour negatively affected our overall experience of the stay. A shame for the rest of the staff, and we hope that this waiter does not work there next time we visit. Because we will definitely come again. It is a fantastic area of Germany, with so much to see and experience.

We stayed at a hotel in Sonnebergbaude to get to know Upper Lusatia. We really liked the quiet location on the outskirts and the direct access to the hiking trails. Anyone who wants to admire the neighboring country of the Czech Republic has only a few hundred meters to go.
Sonnebergbaude itself is highly recommended. The rooms and the entire service are excellent.
We particularly enjoyed the excellent food from the in-house kitchen, and the additional offers from Olsen Reisen were the icing on the cake.
We highly recommend the offer.
