Sølvgarden Hotell og Feriesenter

Sølvgården Hotel and Holiday Centre is located in the idyllic Setesdal and is surrounded by beautiful mountains and waterfalls. Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings, enjoy the beautiful nature, and experience the culture and traditions. Sølvgården is located in the centre of the village Rysstad, right by the river Otra and only 10 minutes from the ski area Brokke. The area has 3 main ski slopes suitable for both children and adults.

About the hotel

Breakfast is served daily in the spacious restaurant. The hotel restaurant is open every day between 10:00 and 20:00. The restaurant serves traditional Norwegian dishes that are made of local ingredients from local suppliers. In summer, enjoy the sun and warmth while dining on the outdoor terrace.

There is a fitness/workout room and the hotel rents out canoes, boats/cycle boats and bicycles. The hotel has a workshop selling its own handmade silver jewellery. Fishing, swimming and sailing are available on the River Otra. The Setes valley is great for those who love hiking in the forests and mountains.

Sølvgården Hotel and Holiday Centre is a non-smoking hotel. There is free parking for hotel guests and free internet at the hotel. The hotel has its own electric car charging station for those who need to recharge their car.

The hotel has 23 bright and modern rooms with private bathrooms, work desks and TVs. Rooms have parquet/wood floors and electric kettles. The rooms also have a hairdryer and minibar. Several rooms have a private balcony. These are on request and cannot be guaranteed.
