We bought a 5-day stay and upgraded to a room with a balcony. We smoke and therefore wanted the option to do so since we were going to be there for so many days, and to sit and play, etc. Unfortunately, smoking was prohibited, and this was NOT disclosed. It was also described that there was a minibar, which there wasn't either. The offer also included 5 x coffee to go, which was pointless as there was free coffee all day... We were extremely satisfied with the hotel and staff, but Risskov did not live up to their end.

We were greeted by smiling and attentive staff. Cosy hotel with a good atmosphere. Excellent location. Good breakfast. We had a tapas menu included in the price, which was also good.
