Tulip season in the Netherlands
Experience Holland's tulips in full bloom from late March until mid-May. By mid-April, the tulip season is at its peak and large parts of the Netherlands will be covered in a colourful carpet of tulips. In the first days of spring, the tulips grow up to 15 cm a day and you will be able to hear the squeaking of the tulips as they grow. A great way to experience the tulips is by bike or car around the countryside.
