Skagen Museum

Skagens Museum is located in northernmost Jutland and exhibits a unique collection of works by the Skagen painters, with names such as Anna and Michael Ancher, Marie and P.S. In 2014, the collection was expanded with the merger of Ancher's and Drachmann's homes, which still stand as they did then. The sand buried church

The Sand-Buried Church (Den Tilsandede Kirke) near Skagen is a fascinating historical site and natural wonder. Built in the 14th century and dedicated to St. Lawrence, the church was gradually engulfed by drifting sand over several centuries. By 1795, only the tower remained visible, and the church was abandoned. Today, visitors can explore the preserved whitewashed tower, a striking contrast to the surrounding sand dunes and greenery. Frederikshavn
