Hotel Tannishus is one of the last original seaside hotels on the North Sea, and was founded in 1896. In Tannis Bay, just 200 metres from one of the best blue flag beaches on the West Coast, lies this haven of peace where you can feel the cosiness and atmosphere of the turn of the century without missing out on today's comforts. The area around Hotel Tannishus has been and still is a holiday paradise for generations.

Lovely bright apartment, as we had two terraces on each side of the apartment, as well as skylights from the loft. The kitchen seemed newly renovated and had a nice selection of kitchenware. The bathroom lacked a hairdryer, which is found in many similar holiday apartments. The TV could have more channels. Otherwise, all in all, a wonderful quiet place where there was an opportunity to relax, or as we chose, to go out and see and experience the area. Lovely restaurant with exciting food, especially.
