About the hotel

Hotel Søgården is located in the cosy Jutland market town of Brørup, on the border between Southern Jutland and Central Jutland, close to the E20 motorway and roughly halfway between Kolding and Esbjerg.

The hotel is part of the family-owned Søgård Brørup, which was established in 2008 and which includes meeting and training rooms, a restaurant and a bowling centre - all under one roof. Hotel Søgården is housed in a separate building next door and is also run by Søgård Brørup on a daily basis. 

Outside, Søgården Brørup has a large enclosed garden area where there is both a playground and a bouncy cushion where the children can romp, a cosy covered terrace and not least an 18-hole 'compact golf course', which is a delightful mix between a miniature golf course and a putting course. Again, it is recommended to book space to play compact golf. Inside there is also a pool table and a football table where you can challenge each other and have fun.

Brørup is known for its historic flea market and house auctions and is an obvious place to visit during your stay. The market is open every Friday - with the exception of a few public holidays. If you are on holiday during the summer season, you can visit Brørup Swimming Pool, which is just 2 km from the hotel and offers outdoor heated pools, slides and seesaws. You can also visit the Vejen Art Museum which is open all year round and offers plenty of child-friendly activities such as a troll-folding workshop, pattern table and children's corner.

A good and tasty buffet breakfast is served every morning in the cosy restaurant.

During the afternoon you can enjoy a cup of coffee and some cake, and in the evening delicious dishes are served in the family-friendly restaurant. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy your meal on the covered terrace facing the garden.

There is also an on-site bar where you can round off the day with a drink in the cosy surroundings.

Parking is free and wireless internet is available during your stay.

Rooms

The hotel has 19 pleasant rooms, all with access to a private terrace and all on the ground floor. There are single and double rooms as well as double rooms with up to two extra beds.

All rooms are en suite and equipped with comfortable beds, a work desk and a TV.

Dogs are allowed and can be brought for a daily fee.
