The food is Danish and made from carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality. The menu is based on fresh seasonal produce to ensure the best dining experience. Most ingredients are sourced from local producers and herbs, mushrooms and fruits are picked by the chef himself in the Bangsbo Herb Garden or Bangsbo Forest.

Hotel Lisboa has 32 bright rooms decorated in a Scandinavian style. Both standard and superior rooms are available. The standard category offers both single and double rooms. Superior rooms are luxurious doubles furnished with an Auping bed, Smart TV and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. All rooms in the hotel have a private bathroom and toilet.

The rooms are in a separate building and all have their own door leading to a balcony or paved area with outdoor seating.
