The menu could be better. Too few options to choose from when booking a longer stay. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, but there were also some who seemed quite dismissive.

Centrally located in the unique village of Neuf-Brisach in beautiful Alsace. You can stay in a cosy hotel in historic surroundings and a short distance from the exciting sights of Alsace.

The hotel's cosy restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The walls are hung with pictures of beautiful Alsace and the region's wine traditions. Here you can enjoy a good meal based on traditional dishes from the Alsace region. In the summer, you can enjoy your meal and a glass of wine on the terrace in the courtyard garden, which is decorated with fragrant flowers, trees and shrubs. The restaurant is open in the evening every weekday from April to December and on weekday evenings from January to March. Lunch is not available at the hotel.
You can enjoy a glass of wine in the bar and watch TV or read a good book in the lounge. Free wireless internet is available in the hotel and there is a lift to all floors. Free parking is available in the car park at the hotel, or you can park in the garage for a fee. The hotel has 5 bicycles, which you can rent for a bike ride around the city.

The hotel has 42 comfortable rooms, which are equipped with either twin beds or double beds and it is possible to have 2 extra beds in the room. All rooms have a TV and access to a private toilet and shower with hairdryer. All rooms are non-smoking. The standard rooms are 14 m2 while the comfort rooms are 20 m2.
