Dog and child-friendly hotel. Large dog run with an agility course and a big playroom on the top floor for the children. There is also a playground at the back of the hotel.

About the hotel

This family-run 3* Hotel am Tierpark is on the outskirts of Güstrow in the heart of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Here you are close to nature: the hotel runs a bee garden, which also provides honey for the delicious breakfast. Guided tours with interesting facts about the fascinating insects are interesting for both young and old guests. In addition, various nature activities for children are offered on the hotel grounds, such as rabbit feeding.

Just outside the door is the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Animal Park with bears, wolves and other large and small animals that can be observed in their natural environment. A children's zoo and various adventure worlds make the visit unforgettable, especially for little naturalists.

City life awaits you in Güstrow with shopping opportunities and a 16th-century castle to visit. Rostock (50 km), the state capital of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is also close by. And if you want to swap green for blue, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in just 45 minutes or one of the many lakes in the region in a few minutes - Inselsee, for example, can be reached on foot in just 20 minutes.
