The Halltorp Townhouse offers a fantastic opportunity to live in a newly built terraced house of 156 square metres, complete with all the amenities you could need. Unwind on the rooftop terrace with stunning views, or enjoy a delicious dinner at the nearby Halltorps Gästgiveri. Parking and wireless internet are available at no extra cost.
Here you live only a stone's throw from the sea and several attractions such as Vida Art Museum and Kackelstugan. You'll also find Halltorps Hage, a beautiful nature reserve, just a stone's throw away on foot. And if you're looking for something to do, Borgholm is just a short drive away, where you can visit Solliden and Borgholm Castle. You can even go on an excursion to neighbouring Kalmar! And if you're a keen golfer, you'll be pleased to know that Ekerum GK is nearby.

The houses feature a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, one guest toilet, and two living rooms. The ground floor boasts a terrace, while the roof terrace is a whopping 50 sqm. The house includes two larger and two smaller bedrooms, each with either double or separate beds, accommodating eight regular beds. Please note that there is a construction site on one side of the townhouse, but there is no disturbing construction work taking place at the moment.

We had a wonderful 3-night experience at Halltorps Townhouse. 6 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. The house was modern and clean with plenty of space for the children. The outdoor terrace with afternoon sun and beautiful flowers. We celebrated our 75th birthdays here. The food at the Inn was exquisite and we got a private room that suited us with 4 grandchildren. The breakfast at the inn was plentiful with freshly baked rolls. The staff, with Petra as our own hostess, was very accommodating. The spa was also superb with a hot tub providing a lot of massage for the back. Highly recommended.
