Good Morning Karlstad City is located near 'Stora Torget' in Karlstad, in the middle of the city's many varied shopping, activity and dining options.

The hotel's facilities and rooms are stylishly and modernly decorated, making it a comfortable base for your stay. The reception is manned around the clock and here you can also order laundry service and a breakfast bag, as well as borrow an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

Breakfast is served on the hotel's 3rd floor and is included in your stay. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but simple meals are available in the lobby lounge. There is also a cosy bar in the lobby serving beer, wine and various other drinks.

Karlstad is a vibrant city located in scenic Värmland, offering plenty of outdoor activities, cultural experiences and great shopping. For example, visit the Nöjesfabrikken, go bowling or enjoy a good dinner. Take a stroll through the beautiful city park, home to over 800 species of shrubs, trees and flowers, or take a stroll along the city's old stone bridge, Sweden's oldest of its kind. The bridge has 12 arches and is 168 metres wide.

For those who wish to enjoy longer walks, there are both hiking trails and exercise tracks at 'Skutberget'. Golf enthusiasts can take a round at Karlstad Golf Club or at Hammarö GK.

If you are more into culture and history, we highly recommend visiting the Wermland Opera or Gustaf Fröding's childhood home and memorial garden, Alster Manor, where you can see the manor house, browse in the craft shop, see exhibitions in the art galleries, hear stories about Fröding's life on a guided tour and enjoy a good home-cooked meal. You can also visit the Lars Lerin Museum with its art gallery and galleries or drop by and see the exhibitions at Värmlands Museum .

Karlstad Train Station is a short distance from the hotel and public street parking is available for SEK 8 per hour and SEK 40 per day.

Rooms

Good Morning Karlstad City has a total of 61 rooms and offers accommodation in single rooms, double rooms and double rooms with an extra bed. All rooms are furnished with private bathroom with toilet and equipped with comfortable beds with hypoallergenic linen, desk, TV and telephone.

The single rooms are approximately 12 m² and are furnished with a 120cm bed. The double rooms are approximately 15 m² and are furnished with a 160cm double bed, or two single beds of 90cm each. And the double rooms with an extra bed are about 24 m² large and are furnished with a 160cm bed and an extra bed.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
