We had a fantastic stay at the hotel in the Harz Mountains and are very pleased with our experience.
The hotel was really lovely, and the food in particular deserves high praise. We had All Inclusive, and there was an excellent selection and very good quality – we were certainly not disappointed.
The room was large, pleasant and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The entire area around the hotel was attractive and inviting, with plenty of opportunities for activities and experiences. This made the hotel a very good base for a wonderful holiday in the Harz Mountains.
The only small downside was that some of the staff in the dining room could have been a little more welcoming and smiled a bit more. However, this did not affect our overall very positive experience.
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and can warmly recommend the hotel. We would be very happy to return!
