The 3-star Stora Hotel Nybro is a family-run
hotel, housed in a building dating from 1935, which was renovated in 2020. Hotel
is characterised by a combination of Art Deco style and modern décor. Besides
hotel itself, the property also houses the 'Stadhussalen' with a stunning fresco
created by Gunnar Theander.
Nybro, located about 5 km. west of Kalmar, is part of
Glass Kingdom and houses one of the many glassworks that characterize the area. During your
Nybro Glasbruk (Nybro Crystal Sweden) during your holiday,
as well as some of the other glassworks in the Glasriket, such as Kosta, Målerås,
Orrefors, SEA or the glassworks in Boda.
Combine your stay in Nybro with a trip to Öland and
explore the beaches of the elongated island, or take a trip to Kalmar, one of
Sweden's oldest cities and enjoy a guided tour of Kalmar Castle.
The hotel has two restaurants, 'Matsalen' and 'Bistron'. Each
breakfast is served every morning and in the evening you can enjoy a tasty
dinner.
Free parking is available at the hotel, and during your stay

Dogs are allowed at an extra cost of SEK 250.
Bicycles can be rented at the hotel.
The stay includes final cleaning, which means that beds will not be made and towels will not be changed during the stay. New towels can be collected from reception, for a fee if required.
The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday from 12.00. Sunday from 15.00.
