Very hard bed.
And then the single room - and this applies everywhere - is way too expensive.

Lovely old inn, with good food, delightful service, wonderful staff, and very exciting and unique decoration throughout the inn. However, there isn't much to speak of regarding the surroundings 😁

Lovely inn, beautiful surroundings, sweet staff, lovely food, good room.
One downside, we are not so good with too soft a bed, but minor issues.
Only one night stay, so there's a limit to how much can be said about the stay. But a cozy place with an old style and many collections of old things. Would gladly come another time.

Låsby Kro is a little niche that you don't find in many places. The sweetest staff, delicious food, and the coziest surroundings in the restaurant. It is evident that the staff have pride in the place. The inn is cared for and maintained, but still with the utmost respect for preserving the original. We give Låsby Kro our warmest recommendations and thank you for a wonderful stay.

A mini break, a family holiday, a summer holiday or just a cheap weekend break - holidaying in Denmark never has to be boring!

One of the celebrities is Silkeborg Museum Silkeborg in Hovedgården - Silkeborg's oldest building. Here you can meet the world-famous Tollund Man, who was found in a bog at Bjældskovdal in 1950 and is believed to have lived around the transition between the Bronze and Iron Ages. See also the lesser-known Elling Woman, found in the same bog 12 years earlier and thought to have lived at the same time as the Tollund Man. Find the best car holiday at Risskov that suits your holiday and get away to discover Silkeborg.
Museum Jorn
Find a car holiday in Denmark and visit Silkeborg with Riskkov Bilferie. Visit the exciting Jorn Museum in Silkeborg, which includes collections of paintings, drawings, prints and ceramics donated by Danish artist Asger Jorn between 1953 and 1973. The museum is located in a lovely park area down by the Remstrup River and, in addition to the Asger Jorn collections, also houses various temporary exhibitions. Risskov has many options for child-friendly hotels in Silkeborg and the surrounding area, making it easy to plan your holiday.

AQUA Aquarium & Animal Park
Meet the fascinating Danish animals living in wild and natural environments in AQUA. Watch the otter hunt in the lake and meet the cheeky raccoons who love to fight as well as play. There are also storks, vipers and then there are the cute little boar cubs, always busy exploring their surroundings. Children are sure to enjoy the large water playground, where water fights last for hours. Shoot the others down with the water cannon and try out the various water experiments or how about a trip through the water tower, if you're up for it! There's also a large indoor aquarium with pike and the record-breaking giant eel, which can swallow a whole duck if need be. Or how about a visit to the bottom of the lake without getting your feet wet, a great experience that can easily keep the whole family entertained. Also try the trip up to the fourth floor, which is full of amphibians and reptiles as well as various insects, and then there's the Dark Aquarium, but we've promised to keep that a secret, because it has to be experienced. Experience people as they lived in the late 19th century in the living museum or how about a ride in the horse-drawn carriage? Also visit the oldest part of Den Gamle By and enjoy a real Danish mini-city with all its homes, shops and workshops. The buildings come from towns all over Denmark and have then been reconstructed at the museum. On the fairground you can play skittles or perhaps a ride on stilts could be a fun feature. Try a ride on the air swings or the carousel.
Moesgaard Museum
Experience the past in changing tempos at Moesgaard Museum, also known as MOMU. An attraction of the highest calibre, both for the exhibitions, the settings and the picturesque location overlooking the sea and the forest. Get up close to ancient times and see the giant Bronze Age burial mounds and Iron Age weaponry. Then comes the Viking Age, where visitors can follow a Viking in the Aarhus of the time. Also visit the Evolution Staircase, which sends curious visitors on a trip back in time and the opportunity to meet their predecessors, led by Lucy, at around 3.2 million years old, as the oldest. There are also regular special exhibitions, which always have a good story to tell, and all in all MOMU is a unique experience where it is hard not to be amazed by the magic of evolution.
