Pikkerbakken

Pikkerbakken is located in the south of Frederikshavn and is part of a 3 km long coastal slope, formed during the ice age. The height of the slope is attributed to the fact that this area has experienced Denmark's largest land uplift. The hill rises 71 metres above sea level, and from here you get an incomparable panoramic view of Frederikshavn city and the beautiful Hirsholme in Kattegat.
