Fantastic staff. Friendly and welcoming. Delicious food. And the bad review of the cleaning should be seen in the light of the fact that we did not have it cleaned, which we agreed upon.

We had a lovely overnight stay, maybe there could be an electric kettle and some coffee in the room, that would have been so nice.

We had canceled due to the weather and were sad to have to stay home, yet we were called where we were, and now you're asking about the stay, is there no control over it at all? We asked if we could get a voucher, but we couldn't. I don't know if we dare to book another time when we have to pay in advance.
We have been to the hotel before and enjoyed our stay, which we had booked through you.
