Valle dei Laghi
In the beautiful valley area, just behind the unmistakable alpine mountain, Monte Bondone, you will find a magnificent landscape where romantic castles, charming villages and idyllic lakes seem to be strewn with loose hand. This is where Vino Santo Passito wine is produced, as well as various types of Grappa and a wide range of other products.
Cascata del Varone
The unique and fascinating waterfall Cascata del Varone is located 3 km north of the town of Riva. Over more than 20,000 years, water from Lake Tenno has carved a gorge almost 70 metres deep into the mountain itself, where the water falls from 98 metres. An unusual and exciting visit, where you will discover both the mountain and the waterfall from the inside and outside by paths, stairs and bridges. Due to the special microclimate of the gorge, it has been possible to create a small botanical garden, which you will pass through during your visit.
Breg Adventure Park
Breg Adventure Park is an adventure park for the whole family with more than 130 exciting activities spread over 10 routes of varying difficulty. You will find the park at the entrance to the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. For example, try walking on wooden bridges, rope bridges, or over hanging tree trunks. Hop on a zipline, or ride an e-bike in the mountains. The park is the safest in Italy, and only Bornack carabiners are used, which are 100% safe. The whole family can join in.

The city is home to around 100,000 inhabitants and abounds in museums with historical monuments, especially in the old town. In the old town in particular, you'll find an Eldorado of charming eateries set in narrow streets and the town's small squares and piazzas.
The MUSE
This amazing science museum was created in 2013, when the Trentino Autonomous Region asked the famous architect Renzo Piano (among others the architect behind the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris) to help transform an unused industrial area of about 19,000m² into - not just a museum, but a place to reflect on the relationship between man and nature. And so this beautiful building came into being and the museum very quickly became a great success - so great, in fact, that the museum, the only one in Italy, earned honourable mention at the 2015 Museum of the Year Awards.
Castello del Buonconsiglio
The Buonconsiglio Castle has the status of the most important castle in the entire region. It has a history as the residence of princes and bishops and today stands as Trento's major landmark. Today, the castle also houses a museum that hosts a number of successful exhibitions every year.
