Very fresh hotel next to the beach and pedestrian street with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast was okay.
BUT…
The food included in the price was a disaster. Not good at all. Could have been made both nicer and better and above all tastier. We skipped it after a few days when we gave it a try. On the pedestrian street outside, there were many good restaurants with fantastic food.

This stunning biogenetic nature reserve stretches for 15 kilometres and features long strings of dunes covered in vegetation that wind from the beach to the interior of the coastal strip. A little further inland are some of Italy's most beautiful forests, rich in varied vegetation. The area is absolutely perfect for hiking.
Castagneto Carducci
The medieval town of Castagneto Carducci is one of the most popular towns on an Etruscan coast, and is beautifully situated on a hill, less than 10 km from the sea.
