Please note that there is no lift; however, seven rooms are located on the ground floor – guests who prefer these are kindly asked to request one at the time of booking.

A four-course dinner with a choice of three main courses is served daily from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., except on Tuesdays when the restaurant is closed (during Bavarian school holidays and from 1 May to 15 September it remains open).
On Tuesdays, guests receive a 15 euro voucher for BIVAC Kiefersfelden, 5.4 km away, with alternative arrangements available on site if needed.

Kufstein
Kufstein is a picturesque town on the River Inn, framed by mountain peaks and rich in Tyrolean charm. Its main landmark, the medieval Kufstein Fortress, towers above the old town and offers sweeping views and historical exhibits. Down below, cobbled streets, traditional cafés, and boutique shops invite relaxed strolls. The town’s location makes it ideal for day trips into the Kaiser Mountains or boat rides along the river.
Saalbach
Saalbach is located in the most beautiful surroundings less than 20 km from the popular holiday resort of Zell am See. Here you can choose the relaxing holiday in nature or the active one with a myriad of possibilities. Hiking is one of the area's greatest experiences and there are beautiful routes for everyone with many different levels of difficulty. In addition, there are several lifts near the hotel so you can take a panoramic tour of the mountain peaks.
In the small town there are also good opportunities for swimming. If the weather is good, you can visit the town's Adventure Pool "Captain Cook", where you will find a 1000 m2 water park with something for all ages. Wild water slides with light and water effects combined with beach volleyball, an outdoor children's cinema and a restaurant make for a fun day out for all the family. If the weather doesn't allow it, the town also has an indoor water park where you can also find various activities.
The area around the hotel is also a paradise for mountain bikers. A host of exciting and challenging trails criss-cross the area and even if you're not the biggest daredevil, you'll easily find a route to suit you.

Going
The beautiful town of Going is enveloped by the Kitzbühel Alps to the south and the Wilder Kaiser mountain range to the north. Going is 795 metres above sea level and 19 km from the hotel. Going's idyllic location includes the hamlets of Schwendt, Aschau, Prama, Sonnseite and Schattseite. When the town was first mentioned in the 12th century it was under the name "Gouwingen". Today Going is extremely popular, not least for the impressive mountain panorama.
The most beautiful natural lake for bathing in Tyrol is the bathing lake in Going. It gets its water from the natural spring of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The water temperature reaches a pleasant 24 degrees and besides the white sand, there is also an adventure playground and the largest beach volleyball area in western Austria.
Further highlights of nature are the Schleier waterfall, which is a mecca for extreme hikers as well as the Hintersteiner lake.
Going is, thanks to the "Stanglwirt" a well-known town. The "Stanglwirt" celebrated its 400th birthday in 2009 and thanks to this bio and wellness hotel Going has become a well-known town. In 2009, "Skiresort Service International" crowned a top resort. Around 70 ski resorts in 8 countries were tested. The winner was Brixental in the Wilder Kaiser ski area.
Wildschönau open-air bath
When you're on summer holiday in Austria and the sun is shining over the mountain peaks, take a trip to the Wildschönau open-air baths for a refreshing dip under the open sky. As well as outdoor pools, you'll also find sun loungers and a playground on site. There are more than 1000 m2 of water surface divided into several swimming pools and there is both a seesaw and a slide. For the little ones, there is a children's pool with a pink elephant and a playground with a sandpit, trampoline, climbing tower and suspension bridge. Enjoy a light lunch or refreshment in the small on-site café, which sells salads, snacks, ice cream and drinks.
Wilder Kaiser Nature Reserve
The Wilder Kaiser Nature Reserve is one of the most impressive mountain ranges in the Alps. Since 1963, the Kaiser mountains, consisting of the two main peaks Zahmer Kaiser and Wilder Kaiser and all their peaks, have been classified as a nature reserve to protect the rare plants and animals that live there and to preserve this magnificent mountain landscape.
Both the Tiroler Adlerweg (Eagle Trail), Tyrol's long-distance hiking trail, and the Jakobsweg (Way of St James), one of the world's most famous pilgrimage routes, lead you through the Wilder Kaiser mountains. The Wilder Kaiser region is known worldwide for its challenging hikes and climbing trails suitable for all levels.
